At the top of the conversation detail page you can see the conversation title, the collection it belongs to, and the name of the host.
Below the title information, you can see who hosted the conversation, when and where it took place, and the language it was conducted in.
As you scroll down the page, you'll see the Conversation Timeline.
Along the left are the the names of each participant in the conversation. The bars to the right of each name represent the portions of conversation attributed to that speaker. Click on any of the bars to start listening.
On top of the conversation timeline, you'll see a set of keywords. Here, we surface notable topics within a conversation and break them down by related keyword. Hover over a keyword to see parts of the conversation related to that topic.
Here you can get a sense of conversation themes with the automated topic generator. This tool surfaces notable topics within a conversation.
At the bottom of the conversation timeline under the speaker names, you'll see a line called highlights with a corresponding line of green diamonds. Each diamond represents part of a conversation that someone selected as a highlight.
Click any diamond to listen to the corresponding highlight.
Continue scrolling to locate the tabs labeled Highlights and Transcript.
From the Highlights tab, scroll to browse conversation highlights.
Click Play to listen to any highlight.
From the Transcript tab, scroll to view an interactive transcript of the conversation. Click any text in the transcript to start listening.
Conversation highlights will appear in green on the transcript. To view the highlight description, click the Highlight button on the right.
