Cortico offers various types of support for our partners. Our multidisciplinary team works directly with partners to identify the best pathway for each project.
Technical logistics
Connect with Cortico’s Partner Support (help@fora.io) to discuss logistics for your conversations: best practices for gathering in-person or virtually, registration and participation tracking, and uploading audio files to the LVN platform.
Conversation guide co-design
Collaborate with the Cortico team to create a conversation guide designed to encourage participants to share their lived experiences related to your project’s focus areas. Facilitators will use this guide to lead your small group conversations.
Facilitator orientation
Facilitators meet with the Cortico team to walk through the conversation guide step by step, giving facilitators an opportunity to make any final edits, ask questions, and get a sense of what it feels like to participate in a conversation.
Conversation collection
Gather your participants and conduct your conversations, collecting rich data rooted in the personal stories and experiences of your community members. Upload conversation recordings directly into your conversation collection.
Platform onboarding
Meet with Cortico’s Partner Support Lead for a comprehensive demo of the conversation platform and its features. We’ll dive into your collection and walk through creating highlights, using analytic tools to surface key themes, and ways to share participants’ voices outside the platform.
Engaged sensemaking
Dive deeper into your conversation collection with your team, using the platform's tools to make sense of the conversations in your collection. Elevate your insights into outputs based on your project goals.
Customizable portal design
Invite others to explore the key themes and sub-themes you identified during the sensemaking process, conversation highlights, and full library of conversations gathered throughout your project.
Project debrief
Meet with the Cortico team to look back on our partnership and have a project debrief conversation about what went well, what could have gone better, and what future collaboration might look like.
