Forums on Fora can be either open or closed. You can join any open forum but will need to request access to a closed forum.
Joining a forum:
- Tap the Forum icon at the bottom of your screen.
- Navigate to the All Forums tab. Here you'll see a list of all of the forums in your community. You can tap on the name of forum to see more information about it.
You can see the number of members and a description for both open and closed forums. Open forums will also show the number of highlights and allow you to listen to them.
- Tap either Join or Request to Join
When you request to join a closed forum, we send a notification to the creator of that forum. You can navigate back to My Forums to see all forums you're in or awaiting approval to join
